This is the "Summary" of your accommodation as displayed on the PECCTAC/AAPEC Online Reservation System:

The customer will click the button <Details> and this
first <Availability window> appears:

Selecting the <Dates> and <Number of Nights> and continue with <Checking Availability> will bring up the window at right.

Clicking into one of the dates available above,
the next window will appear:
The customer sees the individual room with a pictures and description and will click <Click to make a Reservation Request> which will bring up the form on the right which will end up as an email request at your email inbox.
Please note that there a several <Display Options> to choose from - more pictures and/or more/additional description text.
Click <Check Availability> for an Online Demonstration:

Check Availability
(You have the choice of 8 different display options. The most common one is Option "D", which is used in this demo.)

What happens after a customer decides to send a Reservation Request?

Next YOU will receive an email notification from Webervations which looks similar to this one:

For: PECCTAC DEMO ACCOUNT
A Request for reservation has been made by:
Mr. John Miller, 25 Hillsdale Ave, Compufort, BC, Canada
Phone:xxx xxxxxxx, email: xxxxxxxxx
Room: Garden Suite, Number of Guests: 2
Check in Date: 12/14/2007 Staying 2 Nights. Arrival Time : 4pm
Checkout: 12/16/2007 etc

The Customer will immediately after <Sending> the reservation request see a confirmation message like the one above.

It ONLY tells him/her that the request has been send. This is NOT a booking - there is no automatic booking. All bookings need your approval.

To APPROVE or REJECT a reservation YOU click the link at the end of the Reservations Request (see at right).

This link opens your Webervations Sign-on window and you will see the following message: (see left).

You only need to click either <Accept Reservation> or <Reject Reservation> and the system generates the appropriate message:

You can add some more text and in the end click <Send> and your email system sends the message to your customer. You can check <Send me a Copy> to have a record of that email. The customer will receive a message like the one at left and this confirms his/her booking.

The next time you open your Webervations account you will see a summary of your incoming Reservation Requests:
