We are happy to notify you that we have received a delivery of Rapid Test Kits.
If you don't see an appointment available it's because we have run out and will open up more appointments once we receive more inventory.
You will need to bring a bag with you when you pick up if ordering a larger quantity.
We request that you only order enough to satisfy a 2 week supply for your staff.
We continue to work with the Ontario Government and are expecting another shipment soon.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
You only need to fill this out the first time you order. Please read and understand your commitments to this program.
If you have agreed previously then proceed to TAB 2 to Schedule your Pick-up.
